Student Online Registration InstructionsIn order to register for classes online, a student must meet with their advisor and have their email account set up and it must be accessible.Go to https://students.kctcs.edu Select “Login here” Input your user ID and your password (password will be the one you use for your email. User ID: Password: Check Holds (if you have a hold, you will need to go to the Registrar’s Office for assistance) Select “SA Self Service” Select “Personal Portfolio” Select “Tasks” Select “Holds” Enroll/Drop Classes Select “SA Self Service” Select “Learner Services” Select “Academics” Select “Enroll in a class” Select “Term” Drop Classes Select “Add Class” Go to the bottom of the page Select “Drop Classes” Select appropriate box by class to drop Select “Drop” in the box Select “Submit” (To add classes – go to the bottom of the page and select “Add Classes) Add Classes Select “Add Class” Input class numbers If class number is not known or to check availability of a class, you may do a search To Search Click on the hour glass next to the blank box (DO NOT input a class number when doing a search) Input catalog number (example: 100ART) Select correct campus for the class (Example: Bowling Green Technical College) Select “Search” Click the check mark in the box next to number – this will input the class number in the block in the section “Add Class” To add another class, input the next class number or do a search in the next blank block. Select “Submit” Select “View Schedule: Select “Printer Friendly Schedule” Select file – select print – select basics – select landscape - print View Your Statement Select “Learner Services” Select “Finances” Select “Account Summary” Print statement
