If you will earn a diploma and/or degree during the Summer 2012 term and you plan to participate in the Commencement ceremony on May 4, 2012, please complete the credential application with your advisor and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by Friday, March 2, 2012. This credential application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by this date in order to have your name included in the Commencement program as a Summer 2012 graduate. The credential application is available on the website under the Admissions page and select Forms. Please contact your advisor to complete the credential application.
