• MEGA form - used to make many changes to your student account. This form is used to change programs (majors); name, address, and telephone number; and make changes to your schedule.
• Credential Application - students who have completed (or will complete) requirements within the current semester for a certificate, diploma, and/or degree should submit the credential application in order to receive the credential.
