BGTC is Upgrading Student Email!
In order to better serve students, BGTC is changing email services to Microsoft O365 for Education. On Monday, July 9, 2012, BGTC student mailbox(es) will be moved to O365. Students may experience some email issues on July 9th as BGTC makes the changes.

Starting on Monday, July 9th, students may also reach that link by clicking on the “Email” link at the top of the college website and choosing “Student Email” on the following page.
Mailbox Size has Increased
Student mailbox size has increased! Students will get a warning that the mailbox is almost full at 900 MB. Students will be prohibited from sending messages when 950 MB is reached. At 1 GB, students will be prohibited from sending and receiving email.
If students have setup their mobile phone with the KCTCS email system prior to being moved to O365, they will needto setup the phone to work with O365. The directions can be found at http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/dd936215.aspx.
The password reset functionality within O365 will not work to reset your KCTCS network password. Students may want to enroll in the password reset portal in order to reset your password – https://pwreset.kctcs.edu. Students need to enroll before their password expires. This tool will allow students to change or reset their KCTCS password. Students can also use the User Account Center located at http://kctcs.edu/Students/User_Account_Center.
