BGTC Commencement Ceremony

Bowling Green, KY - Bowling Green Technical College will honor 408 students at its Spring Commencement Ceremony May 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the Sloan Convention Center.

This year's commencement speaker will be Dr. Michael B. McCall, President of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). As founding President and Chief Executive Officer of the KCCTCS, Dr. Michael B. McCall oversees a system of 16 individually accredited comprehensive community colleges with 68 campuses serving over 106,000 students. Since 1998, KCTCS has touched the lives of more than 500,000 citizens.

Under the leadership of President McCall, KCTCS is committed to serving as the place where higher education begins for the majority of Kentuckians. Dr. McCall has served for over 40 years in community and technical colleges.

"We honor each of our graduates for the hard work they have put forth to achieve their educational goals. We also pay tribute to the family and friends for their great support to the graduates," stated Dr. Nathan Hodges, President of Bowling Green Technical College.

Bowling Green Technical College is one of the 16 colleges that comprise the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
